I will admit that going into this I was not totally sure it would work. Making a serious relationship work between three guys and be believable is not something all authors can do well. Knowing that this was the author's first attempt of such meant that there was a bit of suspense as to how successful he would be. I am happy to report that Mr. Collins put in the hard work and did a wonderful job of not only developing the three main characters... but did so in a way that made each of them like they were made to be with the other two and the three's relationship with each other while not perfect felt very realistic. Add to that the talent the author has at writing scorching hot sex/love scenes and you've got a romance that is going to please! I really love the interplay between the three... the back and forth dialogue and humor was quite entertaining. The whole road trip aspect of the story made for so many cool scenes and each person reacted according to who they are to the various stuff encountered. Gotta say of the three, Skylar was my favorite... I think that might be because although the three were pretty much strangers at the start as they got closer it felt to me like the other two were drawn into his orbit and he was the glue that first stuck the three together. As the relationship deepened the three became interconnected in a much more equilateral dynamic which felt balanced with each of the three bringing something vital to the relationship and to each of the others. Over all I loved this book!I received an free ARC copy of this book and voluntarily reviewed it! Skylar is a bartender. Alex is an EMT whose friend may have a job for him in Nashville. Roman involved with music industry thinking of moving to pursue his craft. Roman is Skylar's new room mate. Skylar's grandparents are selling their RV to a buyer in FL. The grandparents invite Alex to accompany Skylar who thinks they are matchmaking. Skylar meets Alex and Roman with the grandparents and get acquainted during trivia night. Skylar had never been out of ME, so they decides to take their time and sightsee a little. Each man was confusingly secretly crushing on the other two. During the trip their superficial attraction went to the next step. Their They each complimented each other making for an absolutely equal compaitble thruple. Who made the first move? Are there any jealousies? Any hesitation in a threesome? Will they keep the partnership equal? Excellent story of open, inclusive, loving satisfying relationship. Nice character development.
